Exclude certain fields in Project TM

According to SDL Support it's not possible to exclude fields in the Project TMs I send out. I would like to have an option on GroupShare or in Studio to exclude at least custom fields and if possible also system fields to anonymize the data I send out. (See SDL case 00276129.)
