Adjust information in notification mails for finalized languages in a project

If there is a project with many languages, you receive a notification mail once a language is finalized, which is good and helpful. But once more languages are finalized and notification mails are sent, all languages that have been finalized up to that point, are included in the mail. This gets quite confusing once a lot of languages are finalized. It would be better to just have the information in the notification mail about the language that has recently been finalized.
