allow adding uploading adjusted files to finalized projects

Sometimes there are corrections necessary to a file that has already been delivered to the client. It would be great, if we could replace the final file in the project even after finalization of the project. "Hold for Feedback" is not an option in this case, because sometimes mistakes are found even after finalization of the project. For later use and transparency it would be logical to to replace the file in the project with the latest file used by the client.
