When adding new field values in a field template in Trados Team, new values are appended to the end of the list, they are not automatically alphabetically sorted. This makes it very slow and inefficient to find field values in case you have a field with a very long list of values.
Please consider alphabetizing the field values, as they used to be in Trados Studio!
