Add the vendor calls to the public API so our vendor can build needed tools to close the gaps in the vendor experience of Trados Enterprise.

Are there any plans to allow Tenant to Tenant synchronization? One of our vendors would love to be able to take over the tasks we assign them into their own tenant where they can directly interact with their linguists.
