Enable the ability to customize email notifications

We'd like to customize email notifications in TE to change what information is shown and potentially change the formatting of the notification.

I see this now shows as not planned. Previously it was showing as accepted, not yet planned. Can you please provide more details to why it is no longer planned?

Hi Russell, this was a mistake that has now been corrected. It has been changed back to "Accepted, not yet planned".
