Expand QA checking for translation consistency to entire projects

Sometimes large projects can lead to inconsistent translations between files. It would be good to be able to run a QA check for translation consistency over all files in a project. We'd like to check for same source with different translations along with different source with the same translation.

  • As I look at more of these ideas that are now marked not planned, my guess is that they are still accepted, but there is no specific plan to when it will come. Not planned is unclear to what the status truly means. Please help to clarify the meaning as when I initially saw not planned, it was interpreted a a rejection of the idea.
