We had several cases of settings (such as language pairs for machine translation in project templates) miraculously having been lost or incorrect, presumably due to work being done on the backend. Troubleshooting is extremely cumbersome in these cases as there is no clear way to determine why a setting is incorrect.
So, for documentation purposes and checking the consistency of settings, it must be possible to create an export of the complete system configuration. Currently, neither Trados Enterprise nor RWS Support can do this.
