Exports from custom field entries

It would be great to have the possibility to get an Excel export of the picklist options of a specific custom field. We have custom fields with hundreds of items on the picklist. Whenever we add a new item to the picklist, we have to check first if the item already exists in the list. This would be easier with an Excel export.
