Make status appropriately reflect the status related to the vendor in the vendor orders view

Currently, the status seems to be for the overall project and not the vendor's current work needs. We have a project showing as in progress from a high-level, but it is complete when you open the project.

This is not fixed. Here is a screenshot from our vendor showing many projects that were completed in February are still showing in progress.
