Please allow to do reporting, ideally via Copilot about the languages users have in a given group.
We are usually assigning users by subject matter related group, using assignment both on service type and language.
As Trados falls back to assigning to everyone in case a language is not assignable, this results in reviewers getting tasks assigned despite them not being able to understand the target language.
As there is a lot of fluctuation in reviewer groups, with the current functionality available it is next to impossible for lead PJMs maintaining the groups to ensure each language is covered without resorting to excel based checklists.
Please allow reporting on this information - each "nonsense-notification" the reviewers get will reduce their willingness to look into the notifications.
Ideally I would be able to ask Copilot to show any workflows that assign to groups that have no users assigned for all the required languages, getting distinct information out where languages are uncovered and where the users need updating.
