Reporting - migrate all datasets to SPICE

We run into errors when working with non-SPICE datasets where the data does not load. Amazon recommends migrating the dataset to SPICE in the error messages.

I disagree with this one. I find that the data in a spice is cached and doesn't update as quickly as the datasets that are not in a spice.
