Stop automatically turning on track changes during Linguistic Review when you click into a segment as nothing has changed until a reviewer actually changes something

When performing a linguistic review, clicking into a segment that is translated without changing anything turns on Track Changes in that segment because it automatically pulls in what it thinks is now a CM from the TM rather than leaving it as a fuzzy match during the review phase.

The tracks changes should not happen until a reviewer actually changes something in the segment

Example: We have a segment that is a 75% hit against TMs and translated + saved in TM (by clicking CTRL + Enter) while in Translation phase

Current behaviour: When that segment is reached in Linguistic Review with track changes on, because Editor states 75% and TM hit mentions CM (as it’s been translated during Translation phase), Online Editor crosses out the whole segment and inputs content from TM not realizing that the crossed out content and newly added content are the same

Expected behaviour: When that segment is reached in Linguistic Review with track changes on, Editor notices it is 75% hit while TM holds a CM view but before anything is crossed out Trados/Online Editor checks actual content and in this case doesn’t do anything because content is obviously the same

Next stage: If in the meantime somebody edited that translation in TM the expectation would still not be to get the whole segment crossed out but rather to have only words that have been changed “fixed”.
