This improvement idea is to allow making reassignments of a vendor-enabled tasks from all screens that offer reassignment options such as project’s workflow tab, projects' stage tab, and project group screen, and not just from the Inbox tab.

There are several workflow tasks in a workflow that are vendor-enabled, particularly the Translate task. At the Project Planning human task, customer might want to reassign the (future) Translate task to a Vendor (or, more precisely, to the qualified Vendor Order Template).

Reassignment could be completed from the Inbox > Detail view upon accepting the “Project Planning” task. However, if an assignee of the “Project Planning” task navigates to Projects > [Project] > Workflow screen and choose to reassign the Translate task, (s)he would be able to select Members and Groups, as an option, but will not see a “Vendor” tab choice in a small pop-up window that makes the “Translate” task reassignment.

Similarly, if a project was added to the Project Group, a user would be able to select the group to find the “Reassign” button enabled. By clicking that button, a new wizard will advise user to select the Workflow Task (e.g., the "Translate" task) from the drop-down menu, select the language direction, and then reassign the Task. However, the choices for reassignment would be only "Members" and "Groups", and not "Vendors".
