add a button in Editor to change whole target string from TM to uppercase

Hi,

I lack a button in Studio Editor which enables me to change a whole string (the active one) to uppercase. It's quite annoying having to retype everything with caps lock when it's a string you already translated.

Even better would be if Trados would recognize that source string is uppercase and just insert a "100%" inuppercase automatically.
