Add a Pomodoro Technique Timer in the Navigation Pane

A lot of translators are using this technique to stay more productive and focus on the task. Adding the Pomodoro Timer would allow them to keep the tracking within the Studio environment. So save the editor space, this button (with a 20-minute timer) could be located below the Translation Memories option in the Navigation Pane.
