Add an IBM Watson Language Translator as translation provider

I know this sounds more like an external add in, but since this will most likely have a major impact on the industry (such as Google Translate few years ago) I think it makes sense to have IBM Watson LT as one of the translation providers.

  • This is almost certainly an external plugin, and probably simple enough for a developer to do if they saw a good reason.  To date I have never heard of anyone using this in the translation space... how much demand do you see for this and why do you think it will become such a game changer?
