We believe then when hidden text is switched on in the Word file type and you use the external preview in Word itself, hidden text will be honoured. You might need to display hidden text in Word as well.

Add an option in the Editor view to see hidden text in the Preview window

Currently, the Preview feature of the Editor view in Studio doesn't show the hidden text from a source text which might contain relevant information for the translator or even context info. Could you please add that option?
