Numbers with a "dot" in English might represent decimal numbers or something else (versioning numbers, for example). In some languages (such as French), the decimal is represented by a comma, and therefore 9.10 might be translated as 9,10 or 9.10 depending on context. For that reason, one cannot enable the auto-substitution for numbers when translating from English to French. To speed up translation, there should be an option to auto-substitute numbers that do not include a dot.
