Add bp and bps (basis point) to the measurement checks in English, Dutch...

Hi there,

I regularly translate financial documents (funds performances, economic outloks, shares and bonds...) that use the notion "basis point", most often written as "bp" or "bps". It would be nice for finanacial translators to be able to see that bp or bps is not missing from a target unit when running QA. In my case, it would be interesting to add it to English and Dutch measurements checks.

This was suggested to me by Paul Filkins with whom I was just in touch regarding this problem I faced in a recent translation.
