Dear Abdelwahab!

This is something I only learned the other day after having worked with Studio for ages - used to drive me nuts! You can simply change to the FILES view and select the individual files that you want to save as targets (or otherweise process using the batch task functions) there, without being forced to open them in the EDITOR view. Hope this will help!

That is magic! Never thought of it despite using the tools for year too...

You can also do it from the projects view... in fact you can do it from anywhere as long as the project you need to export from is active.  You also have two different options:

1. Export Files
2. Generate Target Files

These have actually been in the software since 2009 ;-)

But you have to do from the editor window incase you have to change the name. However, not a big deal, can be changed locally in the folder where the documents are saved it.
