Add selected text when opening AutoCorrect

It would be useful to populate the "With" field with text selected in the editor window and placing the cursor in the "Replace" field in AutoCorrect as happens when using Find with a highlighted word. And a shortcut to AutoCorrect and context menu option to "Add to AutoCorrect" would make life a lot easier. After all, translation is about words.

  • I'm writing this more than two years after the initial comment and I totally agree! It shouldn't be hard to add an optional keyboard shortcut to AutoCorrect. After all, with the Alt+Q option, Autocorrect is easy to get to… but it still requires too much typing compared to an AutoCorrect direct shortcut. As a matter of fact, you should consider offering something similar as MS Word, which allows adding a shortcut for almost any option, or at least adding the items we want in the top menu bar.
