Add tone detector, suggester and corrector to SDL Trados

I would like Trados to detect, suggest and change the tone of whole file being translated during translation phase. A tone reviewer in the review mode or as one of the QA step could also be useful feature as it would check if all target segments follow the same tone.

I recall seeing this feature implemented as a Sous-Chef in Bureau Works Among Innovation Finalists at LocWorld52.
