adding a (Translate) to SDL Trados Studio- Help Docs

Hello SDL Team

I suggest adding an option to (Translate) help docs using SDL Machine Translation, similar to that in this forum.

Note: Take in consideration to add RTL code for Arabic and Hebrew as they are RightToLeft Reading And Aligning
