Allow a Split TM option in SDL studio (out of the box)

With my TMs expanding (5 million segments per TM, or sometimes more), we need to be able to easily split TMs!

Solutions such as the above do not work!

I have a workaround, but it takes a few steps and more time, so please allow us this feature ASAP.

Have you tried using SDLTMConvert?
https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdltmconvert/228/

That does an excellent job of splitting an SDLTM into as many files as you like. TMX is one output which you can then upgrade into many SDLTM files... this process would always be needed anyway since the index of a split SDLTM would no longer be valid.
