Allow Batch Task API to run on source SDXLIFF file

When you try to run the Batch Task API on a source SDLXLIFF file, all the references to Segment objects returns null.
It would be great if we could modify the source segments before copying the SDXLIFF file to the target folder.

    Why on earth should I do e.g. some segments locking (based on the source content) like TWENTY TIMES in each target language separately, when I should - logically - do it ONLY ONCE in the source language and then just run the Copy to Target Languages batch task to 'distribute' the changes to all target languages at once...
