It would help if it were possible to manually create entries in translation memories, source and target, then save. Meta info could then be for example creation date and "manual creation" as source of entry or something like that to differentiate them from segments coming from a particular project. This would help add small segments to the TM for example when vendors send the translation in an email, allowing project managers to save time by updating the TM directly without having to create a project for this.
