Allow QA checker to ignore more than just tags when checking for inconsistences

For the moment, the inconsistency check will find this:

This is a bold word = Das ist ein Wort in Fettschrift
This is a bold word = Das ist ein Wort in Starkschrift

regardless the formatting.

But these won't be reported

This is a bold word = Das ist ein Wort in Fettschrift
- This is a bold word = - Das ist ein Wort in Starkschrift

Which is a pity. Some other QA tools however will find such errors. Would be great, if QA checker would do too.
