Allow Studio to start when an sdlproj file has been corrupted; give a warning, but let user work on other projects

Dear RWS community,

When an .sdlproj file becomes corrupted, it is no longer possible to open Studio. It's a known issue and covered by RWS in this Knowledge Base article.

Suggested improvement: When Studio starts, warn the user that a particular project is corrupted. Then continue opening Studio, so that the user can work on other projects.

Currently, when you try to start Studio, it gives you an error message such as these examples and then closes:
Failed to load project from 'C:\[folder path]\[project file name].sdlproj':
There is an error in XML document (X, Y). Unexpected end of file has occurred.
The following elements are not closed: SettingsGroup, SettingsBundle, SettingsBundle, SettingsBundles, Project. Line X, position Y.

The solution in the article is simple, but users who don't know about it lose hours waiting for support. Very often, the project causing the project an old one that was still open, but which the user wasn't actively working on. By allowing them to work on other projects, we can ensure their working day isn't lost.

Impact: We have about 500 active translators working for our company. We see 5-10 instances of this issue per day.

Thanks for your consideration!
