Bilingual review format

It would be great if (bilingual) external review could be done with Open source formats such as odt (Libre Office Write), some of our clients not having Word. I tried already some work arounds, but corrections marks would automatically be accepted during conversion.

  • Word can export into Rich Text Format... would that be a help?

    Or into HTML, and the client could edit it with any wysiwig HTML editor. Re-importing might be a bit more cumbersome in that case, but you could compare the sent and the returned file with Notepad++'s compare plugin...
