Change the default setting for saving dumps of embedded source files when working with SDLXLIFFs

The current setting is to use the system temp folder, which more often than not leads to the loss of these dump files due to some actions of anti-virus or other software many users run on their PCs. As most of these users does not have a slightest clue about the existence of dump files and also usually does not even know, that Windows has a system tmp somewhere, they are at a loss seeing the error "dependancy not found"... In most cases they blame Studio for nothing, have no clue how to solve the problem and cause headache to helping people here Slight smile

If you change the location of these files to a Studio specific one, managed solely by Studio, the dependancy problem should more or less disappear completely.
