This is possible in the Professional version of SDL Trados Studio (known as custom batch task sequences).

Combining several batch tasks

I often use the same combination of batch tasks when working on a project. My favourite use case: Update main translation memories + Generate target translations.

It would be great to be able to do this on just one step. My suggestion: user-defined sequences of batch tasks that can be run in one go.
