Commenting on words added in review

Please, take into consideration allowing commenting on a single word added in the review mode. This would be of tremendous help in the context of medical texts (and probably many other fields), where the translation and review process is a multistage, back-and-forth workflow.

From what I can see, this has been delivered with SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1. Setting to "Idea delivered", also see screenshot where "Photodrucker" has been added as a tracked change. The "Add comment" command is available and functional in the context menu.
