Confirmation prompt when closing Studio with batch tasks running

At present, Studio will allow you to close it unprompted even if certain batch tasks are running in the background (e.g. setting up projects).

Please introduce a prompt which requires the user to confirm they wish to close Studio if any such tasks are running - it is currently easy to accidentally abort a task that may have been running for several hours.
