Could we have the "Track Changes" button for the Quick Access Toolbar?

and while your at it: make all buttons available for the Quick Access Toolbar, please. This can't be a big deal to implement.

... and why is it then possible to put Copy/Cut/Paste on the QAT? In my view it doesn't even belong on the ribbon (but it keeps coming back :-().
