Create project termbases (similar to project TMs)

In case you are handling translation projects with very large termbases, it can be useful to extract a project termbase, so that only the terms that appear in the content for translation are available for the translator.

With this, there is no hassle in working with very big termbases. In addition, for translation agencies that built up and maintain the termbases, there is less risk of their termbases being used for other translation work.
