If there is a single digit number in the source text, this is included in the drop down box when Ctrl+Comma is pressed to add tags to the target.
My suggestion is to only include numbers of two digits or more in this list. Individual numbers are obviously already on a keyboard and additional help is not needed to add them. They constantly get in the way when tags are added, a task which is already fiddly.
