Custom settings of TM upgrade

I would welcome if it was possible to disable Build Translation Model and Align Translation Units before I start TM upgrade, especially when working with large TMs and the upgrade is taking too long.

Possibly a landing page in the wizard that permits the user to select/deselect these options. Then clicking on next to start the upgrade processes; would this work?
