Delete Pre-set due date as it causes mistakes from clients

We would like to keep the "due date" field empty and let the requestors enter their own due date. Currently, there is a due date by default and many clients forget to change it as they are not prompted to, and then later on realize that the due date is wrong. This has been causing a lot of issues on our end, which translations being delayed due to an unintended due date.
