Display all translations of a term when hovering over it with mouse, click the preferred translation will send it to the target segment

A drop-down box containing all translations of a term will show up when hovering over the term with your mouse, and clicking one of the translations will send it to the target segment.

Does Ctrl+Shift+L (list all found terms in target segment at cursor position) plus arrow keys to choose the term + Enter give you at least some of this functionality?

Yes when there is not many term entries.

I think the way I proposed is more convenient when there is many found terms. You don't need to navigate to and select the right one with arrow keys or mouse, it's saving time.
