Idea Delivered Partially

The Wordlight app (https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/wordlight/1026/) addresses at least the highlighting to some extent. Other formatting options such as Ctrl+B apply across the board in all file types. Setting to "Delivered partially" based on the app.

Enable shortcuts for all formatting options

Currently, Studio support for formatting shortcuts are somewhat limited.

It would be great if we could enable creation of custom shortcuts for all formatting types, especially those under the Quick insert tags, such as highlighting.

Example. Currently, to highlight a segment takes 5 steps:

  • Select text
  • Click square to open Quick inserts box
  • Scroll to get to highlighting option
  • Click highlighting option
  • Click insert.

A custom shortcut would cut this down to 2:  select text, shortcut key!
