Enhancement of the advanced display filter

Dear SDL developers, my idea refers to the advanced display filters: Wouldn't it be a good idea to have a "NOT" operator for filtering segments, just as the one that exists in the Translation Memories view? Example: I want to view all segments where a particular source word was NOT translated with a particular target world. I believe this would make the already excellent display filter even more powerful.
