File Type -> Parser settings: Need ability to edit multiple rules at once

The Rules list in the Parser settings can already be multi-selected.  It would be great to be able to Edit multiple elements at once.  For example, in the screenshot below, I would have liked to update all the rules currently set to "Always translatable" to "Translatable (but not in protected content)" in one shot.

  • This would be really helpful. Just had a very big *.vdx file with tons of elements (I know there is a Visio filetype, but the translatable content was partly within elements not regocnized by the native filetype). It would have taken me years to click through all the rules. Also, it would have been useful if the standard setting when adding a rule was "Not to be translated". This way you can add all elements from the source file and juste select those relevant for translation.
