Font mapping for ZHTW and JAJP updated to fonts that come installed with Windows 10

Current font mapping for ZHTW is PMingLiU and for JAJP is MS Mincho, however these fonts are not installed with Windows 10 and so would be unavailable to many users. PMingLiU and MS Mincho are only available if the Supplemental Fonts are installed as part of Windows "Feature on Demand" packages.

Fonts suggestion: Microsoft JhengHei for ZHTW and Yu Gothic for JAJP are better choices and would be available to everyone working under Windows 10.

    In the “Font mapping” options change the target fonts designated for Japanese and Traditional Chinese to standard Windows 10 and 11 fonts so those fonts are available for end users. 

    Fonts suggestion:

    • Japanese (Japan) change MS Mincho to Yu Gothic Regular (YuGothR.ttc)
    • Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan) change PMingLiU to Microsoft JhengHei (Msjh.ttc) 

    This should be applied to these 15 file types:

    • Microsoft Word 97-2003
    • Microsoft Word 2007-2019
    • Microsoft PowerPoint 97-2003
    • Microsoft PowerPoint 2007-2019
    • Microsoft Excel 2007-2019
    • Microsoft Excel 97-2003
    • Rich Text Format (RTF)
    • Adobe FrameMaker 8-2020 MIF
    • Adobe InDesign CS2-CS4 INX
    • Adobe InDesign CS4-CC IDML
    • Adobe InCopy CS4-CC ICML
