have a simple function allowing PM / user to change project name / assigned by

As of today in order to modify assigned by, one has to use an external xml editor (I use Notepad++) and a 8 step procedure in order to be able to update name / attribute / assigned by / created by. 

In txt, doc, docx editors once you save the file the name is overtyped and properties / saving history are visible / easy to see. 

Any proposals are welcome.
