HTML SHORTTAG translatable attributes management

HTML translatable attributes management:

In HTML is valid to setup the value of an attribute without using quotes when it is a simple word without espaces. e.g. title=title

SDL Studio detects this correctly in the import step but if the translation adds some spaces and more words, in the export step the quotes for the value of the attribute are not generated (single nor double) thus generating invalid HTML.

Wrong: title=translated title with five words

Correct: title="translated title with five words" or title='translated title with five words'

The HTML file types and the HTML embedded processors in Trados Studio could generate them at the export step.
