I want to have a synonyms function

When translating sometimes I need to change a term in a synonym. In MS-Word you get this with two clicks. In Trados/SDL I haven´t found a function like this.

I believe the synonym function, at least in MS Word, is in the proofing tools. - I use it in my final proofing all the time and yes, it would be nice to have it in Studio during first checking instead of retrofitting afterwards.
