Improve the accuracy of fuzzy match replacements

Currently (Studio 2019) when a multi-word ("new target") fuzzy replacement is made, only the last word of the fuzzy-matched term is replaced; this means unnecessary effort must be expended to make a proper replacement (it is all to easy to forget this step).
