In the Project Settings window of Language Cloud's API, the dictionaries should appear unmarked from the outset.

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any way, in the dictionaries window, for the dictionaries to appear unmarked from the outset.

Our PMs have to unmark the dictionaries they DO NOT want to use every single time they add Language Cloud to the Project Settings window...

Wouldn't it be more efficient for the dictionaries to appear unmarked so is the PM who selects the one he, or she, wants to use?
