We are working on an integration between this ideation site as well as the Gateway support portal as we speak. As part of this, we will integrate what we refer to as the "CRQ" (change request) project in our internal system (= successor to LTB, LTE and others) to these external portals. More news soon and it will take time (complex project) but I hope that over time you will see more transparency and regular updates.

keeping track\watching LTB issues

Querying SDL support I'm usually informed of existing LTB defects unless new ones are opened following our issue. I know these LTB items are listed in release notes when they are resolved but it's true I don't know how to keep track of them after each RN is issued or communicated to me. So I believe it should be nice to have a place\repository\tracking database where we could look after 'our' LTB issues and watch their status and assignments. I believe that would really represent an important and welcome step for the entire community.
